Join Us at AIDSWatch 2026
AIDSWatch is the largest constituent-driven HIV federal advocacy event in the country. Over 33 years, we’ve brought together thousands of HIV advocates, leaders and allies — who represent a community of 1.3 million people living with HIV in the United States — to share their stories with Congress and to advocate for policies, programs and funding to end the HIV epidemic.
This event, presented by AIDS United, in partnership with the U.S. People Living with HIV Caucus and the Center for Health Law and Policy Innovation of Harvard Law School, engages advocates from a wider range of communities affected by the HIV epidemic, and raises the profile of healthy equity and racial justice issues nationally — all while holding Congress and the Administration accountable to their commitment of ending the domestic HIV epidemic.
AIDSWatch programming is designed to engage and equip advocates with the tools they need to speak truth to power at the local, state, and national level. Through dynamic plenary sessions, community-led institutes and workshops, and networking with advocates from across the country to share lessons learned and successful hill strategies, attendees are able to bring this work to their respective communities throughout the year.
