The State of the Alabama Marketplace for People Living with HIV and HCV
The State of the Alabama Marketplace for People Living with HIV and HCV on Thursday, May 26, 2017, from 4:00 – 5:00pm (CDT) at AIDS Alabama, 3529 7th Avenue South, Birmingham, AL 35222.
This presentation will present findings from the assessment of the 2016 marketplace plans the Center for Health Law and Policy Innovation conducted, in collaboration with AIDS Alabama. This assessment focused on silver plans sold in the marketplace and access to medications for people living with HCV and HIV. This presentation will discuss access concerns and advocacy steps to improve access to care.
