Emily Broad Leib, Director of the Food Law and Policy Clinic, joined other food advocates for the 1st Annual Food Tank Summit, hosted by Food Tank in partnership with George Washington University. The summit, spanning January 21 and 22, featured different speakers from the food and agriculture field, including researchers, farmers, chefs, policy makers, government officials, and students. Emily spoke on the “Pushing for Better Agriculture Research and Policy” panel on January 22 to share the Food Law and Policy Clinic’s ongoing advocacy for increased access to healthy foods.
