On Monday, December 16, 2024, at 12:30 pm, join Ohio State University and Rutgers Cooperative Extension for the third webinar of their Consumer Food Waste Webinar series.
This month, they feature Hélène Lanctuit, CEO of Share My Meals, and CHLPI Food Law and Policy Clinical Instructor Heather Latino.
Hélène Lanctuit will share how her organization recovers an average of 10,000 meals per month and leads the Meal Recovery Coalition of NJ. Heather Latino will highlight food waste policy resources developed by the Harvard Law School Food Law and Policy Clinic and the Zero Food Waste Coalition.
