The Food Law and Policy Clinic recently published More Than CAFOs and Corn, a comprehensive statistical analysis of Midwestern agriculture. The 167-page report includes new data on BIPOC farmers, farmworkers, and environmental outcomes, among other pressing issues, in the six-state region of Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Minnesota, Ohio, and Wisconsin.
Join the two authors, Nathan Rosenberg and Bryce Stucki, on March 14th, to learn more about the report; how researchers and advocates can use the data; and what the findings say about national trends in agriculture.
The Webinar will be moderated by Food Law and Policy Clinic Faculty Director Emily Broad Leib.
