Please join the HLS Food Law and Policy Clinic and Health Law and Policy Clinic to watch a livestream of the White House Conference on Hunger, Nutrition, and Health. The conference is being held for the first time in over 50 years and will include the announcement of a national strategy to eliminate hunger by 2030 and substantially reduce diet-related disease. Millions of Americans are afflicted with food insecurity and diet-related diseases—including heart disease, obesity, and type 2 diabetes—which are some of the leading causes of death and disability in the United States. We welcome you to join us as the White House unveils its national strategy and we engage in topical discussion with clinical staff.
This watch party is open to all HLS students.
